Maxxforce DT Engines for Sale

The MaxxForce DT is Navistar/International’s emissions-era evolution of the long-running DT466 inline-6 medium-duty diesel platform. The DT family earned its reputation in trucks, buses, and vocational applications for durability—helped by its well-known wet-sleeve design. When U.S. 2007 emissions regulations arrived, Navistar rebranded the DT engine line under the “MaxxForce” name; the DT466 became the MaxxForce DT (with related larger variants branded MaxxForce 9/10). In the following years, the platform continued to evolve for tighter standards, including updates associated with the 2010 emissions era.
